Spiritual Counseling

In my consultations, I work with a variety of spiritual methods. We look at the psychological background of your main issues and together identify the energetic connections. We will then integrate these insights into your everyday life together.

Duration and format: The consultations are held online via Zoom. A session lasts about 30 minutes.

Elements Teaching Tibetans:

The five elements have determined all life in Tibet since ancient times.

To this day they form the basis of Tibetan medicine, astrology, psychology and many other fields of Tibetan human knowledge.

From an energetic point of view, every person is a unique mixture of more dominant and less dominant, of well-flowing and inhibited elements. Each element includes certain areas of life and human characteristics, but also colors, sounds, mantras, landscape forms, musical styles and much more.

For each of the five elements there are healing postures (asanas), mudras, breathing techniques and meditations that contribute excellently to the harmonisation of body, soul and spirit and at the same time reveal our larger life themes.

Yoga 8-fold path:

​Yoga is not just about breathing and physical exercises, but is a holistic philosophy. It offers us comprehensive instructions to discover the peace that lies deep in our hearts and to allow this to radiate throughout our entire lives.
