More relaxation in everyday life! I will teach you how to easily find relaxation. Including exercises that you can easily integrate into your everyday life.

Without any spiritual frills but with mental training and positive thinking, mindfulness, autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation and other techniques.

Progressive
Muscle relaxation:

It is a type of training in which certain muscle groups are alternately tensed and relaxed. This trains the body to react to tension with relaxation at an early stage.

Autogenic
Training:

Autogenic training can be used to improve the quality of life, increase performance and treat sleep disorders.

Mental training:

Mental training trains the brain. For example, a positive attitude to life, positive beliefs and affirmations are trained here. You learn to perceive your environment and activate the power of your thoughts and to recognize and use personal resources.

Mindfulness:

Mindfulness helps us to be more focused and relaxed. Mindfulness is this attention focused on the moment - in the here and now - with an accepting and open attitude and without judgment. The great thing is: everyone can learn and train the mindfulness practice and it can be easily integrated into everyday life.
