Various relaxation techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) or autogenic training can help to consciously guide your body back into relaxation.
Reiki
The translation of the Japanese word Rei-Ki means something like universal life energy, holistic energy and life force.
Reiki is a very old, natural relaxation method that leads to the harmonization of the energy balance. The term "Reiki" is used both for the energy itself and for the method taught to deal with this energy.

The spiritual practice of meditation has its origins in many different religions and cultures - including yoga philosophy. The modern Western world also uses meditation, detached from any spiritual context, as a means of managing stress.
Mindfulness is a state of mental presence in which a person is aware of the current state of his or her environment, body and mind, without being distracted by or evaluating thoughts, memories or strong emotions.
yoga
The word yoga comes from the Indian Sanskrit and means "unity and harmony". The practice of yoga brings about a harmonization of body, mind and soul. It leads to an awareness of the original unity and connection with all of creation.
